Job Description
We are looking for a versatile, organized individual with strong communication skills to fill a maternity leave replacement within our administrative team in Terrebonne.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and provide professional customer service.
- Follow up on client payments (collection).
- Prepare and send warranty documents.
- Send contracts for signature (digitally or on paper).
- Submit permit requests to the appropriate authorities.
- Maintain smooth and effective communication with clients.
- Perform other related administrative tasks.
Required Profile
- Relevant experience in administration or customer service.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French.
- Spoken languages: French and English.
- Autonomy, thoroughness and ability to prioritize.
- Comfortable using digital tools (Office Suite, email, etc.).
- Professionalism, courtesy and strong team spirit.
