What is the Rub-R-Wall membrane?

Rub-R-is a polymer membrane wall that is used to waterproof all types of foundations at the basement level. Applied as a liquid spray, it adheres perfectly to the foundation upon drying and provides a rubber waterproof barrier that is 1 mm thick (40 thousandths of an inch).
