It started with the sales representative Pascal who is so prompt to respond to our messages and very detailed and transparent about their product and services aka no surprises. Then there is the team of the trio Vincent, Gabriel and the young man whose name we did not catch. They were always smiling, professional and did an impeccable job digging, backfilling and completely cleaned up the work site! The 2nd team of Alejandro were also professional and smiling to take care of the plumbing. Then the last crew that came to spray the Rub-R-Wall were also as smiling and professional! It speaks volume how well Durasec treats their employees! Stéphanie kept us in the loop if there was a delay due to uncontrollable circumstances like rain or any condition that was not safe to work. I am a satisfied customer. Durasec is a professional, dynamic, reliable, and hard-working family business. The entire team took the time to answer our questions and explain in detail the best solution to solve our problem. In our case, it involved installing a membrane to prevent water infiltration in the basement. We weren't sure if our house had a French drain. It turned out there was one, but it was installed too high above the base of the foundation, making it ineffective. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed, efficiency, and thoroughness of the work. After conducting an inspection well in October 2024 and discussing the matter with Julien, major work was required. BLOCKED DRAIN - IRON OCHRE With the 2024 season fully booked, I will be among the first clients of 2025. Major work to be done: French drain, waterproofing and membrane application on the foundation, installation of an outdoor pumping station, and chimney installation. Every morning, the workers arrive very early, and the work is done in a positive atmosphere. Furthermore, the company has a wide range of equipment for all stages of the project. I would like to highlight Mr. Forest's perseverance in finding a solution to a problem that was unforeseen. This work was quite a disruption to a residential property, but when the workers left the site at the end, it was impressive how perfectly leveled they left the land.
