It was an A+mazing experience with Durasec. They provided peace of mind every step of the way. It started with the sales representative Pascal who is so prompt to respond to our messages and very detailed and transparent about their product and services aka no surprises. Then there is the team of the trio Vincent, Gabriel and the young man whose name we did not catch. They were always smiling, professional and did an impeccable job digging, backfilling and completely cleaned up the work site! The 2nd team of Alejandro were also professional and smiling to take care of the plumbing. Then the last crew that came to spray the Rub-R-Wall were also as smiling and professional! It speaks volume how well Durasec treats their employees! Stéphanie kept us in the loop if there was a delay due to uncontrollable circumstances like rain or any condition that was not safe to work.
